I am pleased to share with you the Agenda for the coming convention. The following is attached for your reference:
Please take note on the change of venue for District EXCO Meeting and District Council Meeting, it will now be held at LUXOR Room & Giza 2, Level CP4.
Please refer to the registration time table in the file linked above, titled: Updates for Delegates.
- For the Day Event, the dress code throughout the convention is SMART CASUAL attire. (No slippers, No T-Shirts (any kind of T-shirt) )
- For Business Meeting (i.e. Council Meeting), and Gala Nite, FORMAL attire is required.
- For Welcome Nite dinner, put on your PARTY suit, you want and you can DANCE.
